«I am from Tarzo, a village about 5 kilometers radius from here. I had visited Castelbrando a very few times, the first one in 1995, with a friend». With her words Ivana Casagrande tells us about how many Italian beauties are unknown even to the people living nearby.
Located in Cison di Valmarino, a small village in the province of Treviso and close to Belluno, the imposing Castle overlooks the Valmareno Valley and today - as a hotel - it offers royal accommodations and refined experiences. The Castle's long history traces back to 46 A.D., winding its way among Romans, Lombards, the noble families 'Da Camino' and 'Brandolini', until its current state.
In 1998 the Castle was purchased and renovated by the company Quaternario Investimenti, namely Mr. Massimo Colomban and Ivana Casagrande who took it back to its ancient glory.«The hotel has 50 rooms, plus 16 available in the outbuilding and 14 located within a mansion downtown. Out of 80 rooms our clients end up always asking for the Castle room».
